Some of your pronouncements such as the "religious right has co-opted the Republican party," and the old saw about "piling on when people are down" sound very demolib pinheadish indeed..... So, are you saying that the religious right hasn't taken over the GOP and my thinking so makes me a demolib? (I notice you added "pinhead" to it.) Or that it has but only demolibs woud mention it in polite company? Or notice the mean-spirited streak found in some parts of the GOP? Do only people who find no flaws in the GOP, or only the same few flaws that you find, escape the label "demolib?" Does it not count that I excoriate unions and professional victims and criminal advocates and irresponsible people with the same vigor with which I excoriate the religious right? Does it not count that I complain endlessly about big government approaches including the ones of the current administration? And on and on. Name one demolib position I have argued other than what I mentioned in my previous post. Is the best you can come up with that I think that evangelicals have a stranglehold on the GOP? You have a strange definition of demolib, not to mention pinhead.
