You call that a BS lawsuit? I bet you martha doesn't know how to spell fiduciary, much less understand what it means, and much less know that she has a fiduciary responsibility as ceo to the other shareholders. if she did trade with the information that is alleged she had, she did undoubtedly violate her fiduciary duties. no question about it. the lawsuit will probably be thrown out though because corporate laws which exist now protect company executives and allow them to act with complete impunity. that has been a big part of the problem. these public companies are "public" in name only. in reality they end up being a private piggy bank for the ceo and a few select buddies...corporate criminal activity tolerated by our political leaders because they receive contributions to their campaigns. no better example ofhow bribery and corruption have worked their way into the fabric of our system.
