Josh, My Mother didn't re-marry until I was 13, and had to work during some of my younger formative years, but my Grandmother was around, and was quite proficient with a crepe myrtle branch herself. I, also, believe that a spanking on the gluteous maximus, to send a message to the cerebral cortex, is quite often necessary with young children, and because of the fatty tissue to which it is applied, does no real harm.
