Tim, Years ago, I vacationed at some condos in this area. Most were owned outright, then rented out by the week or month. There was no other development around, save for these condos (bay out back, artichoke fields in front). They were off the Castroville exit in a little berg called Moss Landing (can't remember the name of the development ... it was called "Something" Dunes). I often kick myself for not trying to buy one of those units when they were cheaper and I could afford to purchase :-( Greg
