DOW has given back over 700 points o the 1200+ point rally...stopped just short of the 61.8% fibo retracement today. Any lower than that fibo, which is right around 8000 and there's a really good chance of a retest of the low.
It needs to retest IMO, but a higher low would be better.

And probably spark a rally : )
