From the picture, it looks like the teardown job on the lot may already have been torn down, probably upping the asking price by $500k or so. But look what just sold for a cool $22meg next door: 91 Isabella Ave Jul 00 $22,000,000 6/6.5/17 $6,600,000 ( from domania.homestore.com , the "check Home Values in this area" link). Location, location, location, as they say. Even in Silicon Valley, you can probably still put up a nice 6 bedroom 6.5 bath McMansion for $2meg. It's a bargain!
