Patricia I wish yall would quit talking about deleting files <gg>. You have to run the uninstall program. Deleting the file folder containing programs is a sure way to have to format c:/ If you have another browser such as opera or netscape you can try IEradicator to remove Internet Explorer and then download and install the latest IE version and you might be back in business. webattack.com tc :-)
