Ray, you are discovering today something the Latin Americans know since the 50's. Why do you think we have a Fidel in Cuba? Why do you think there was "Yankee Go Home!" splattered over the walls of South America back in the 60's? Apparently now, and you are discovering that, what used to be applied in foreign countries is starting being applied in the US homeland. You are going to see, when this "security" apparatus that Bush is applying to give people jobs, starts grinding in. You are going to see when military in the US starts getting police powers. The only problem, when Americans start having a taste, at home, what foreigners have had in theirs, you could not write: "Yankee go home!" Bush is applying the same thing South American dictators applied for decades: In the name of national "security" put in place draconian laws and oppress the people form within. Suit against Exxon? impossible. This is sabotaging the war on terrorism. This is old story in South America.
