Ted, I'm not the one assigning blame here. All I did was present Dan with the facts. ;-) Partisan politics is the surest way to paralyze America from being able to defend itself. And I see a lot of that right now. Clinton's comments last week were probably the worst example, right there with Hillary holding up the "Bush Knew" tabloid in Congress. But I'm sure if everyone in America just voted Democrat (or Republican for that matter), we wouldn't have anymore partisanship, right? ;-) Like David said, there's probably a lot of blame to go around.
