it isn't 50% across the board. Just look at the 95 lows of your index of choice and that is my bearish target. I'm not the only one looking for that. The gang over on the P&S and Sto Death blow thread are looking for the same thing. The thing to remember is that, as extreme as the valuations got at the height of the bubble, you can see the same extremeness on the downside. In other words, don't look for fair valuations at the end of the bear, look for extremely low valuations.
