When I said that Communists and Fascists "were after the same constituents...labor" I did not mean Labor Unions or the Labor Movement, but labor as in "Working Class". Sorry if I was not precise enough for you.

But my point still stands. FDR who was the "ruling elite" did not support the Nazis.
