Nice to hear from you. Yes, I am still alive! ggg I alos will be nibbling at the Intc. I believe Secs will be lowering the rate to avoid a double-dip recession and this may put some wind in the stock market. As for the over all picture, I admit, I am confused. I sold 90% of my total assets in the stock marekt in Sept. of 2000. I have been hoping to see where the heck is the bottom, and that is not an easy guess. But I believe 1200 maybe the bottom.
John, I believe if we go any lower, then the Fed. Gov. has to come in with a massive action or we could be facing a deasater.
What got us into this mess? I wonder. Bush and Gore campagne, the Sept. 11, fear of terrorism, Afghanstan, up-comng war on Saddam, the scandles with US corporations.Not a pretty picture, is it?
