Time looks right to bring in somebody to help crack open the doors to the wireless web. As more and more 2.5G and above wireless platforms, advanced phones, and other wireless interactive services come on line, the time is now to get into the fray. Could it be now or never?

Company has some value in the other products, but why not go for it all?

If a takeover candidate, Amazon makes sense to me. With PayPal and Authorize.net, it goes a long way in owning the payment processing side to things.

On the other hand, MSFT can recognize a good thing, why not buy the technology (INSP) and add to the VZ and AT&T products they have a piece of?
