Filed Petition With SEC, Need Support We just filed a Petition for Rulemaking with the SEC to create corporate democracy and true accountability --- ALL Shareholders, using the simplified Shareholder Proposal procedure, will be able to nominate Director-candidates and the names of those persons must be placed on the corporation’s ballot. Entrenched Managers and Directors will only improve corporate governance when they can be held personally accountable, e.g., voted out of office and replaced. Every corporation needs truly independent Directors, NOT those beholden to Management for their selection and the financing of their proxy solicitation efforts. We ask YOU to join in the effort.
