Jerry "..INVEST..." i had to read that word several times...invest not trade...wow. u must be expecting a multi-month rally. if we were in a normal market i would agree with you wholeheartedly. r u basing this on the presidential cycle, 2nd year for republican sep/oct is a bottom? worked well on average in past dont know about this crazy bear. when u do INVEST in oct or so, r u going with the strong sectors or the weak sectors (like the semis that have big betas)?
