The Dow is a mania in a parabolic curve. Our local news ran a headline story that said investors are missing out if they're not in the market. When it starts getting proclaimed on the 11 PM news, the bull market has aged considerably. My experience with gold shows that this same tendency occurred in 1980 at the top. I also have to continue adding more chart paper to the top of my S&P chart, the same way I had to do in 1980 to gold and mining charts. Once HM went up my wall and across the ceiling I should have known it was over. Anyway, I'd consider the current market very dangerous for anyone but a floor trader.
