I didn't "suggest" nothing...I simply stated that by comparison, outright purchase of assets versus a piddly converti-10 year 100mil "option" on aPoS LVLT is not exactly a "ringing endorsement" that desparate bulls want to hang their hat on. And if anyone here thinks ole WB is gonna hold these for 10 years, they are ripe candidates for some free analysis at the local hospital. BTW...loved your show, Ralph<grin> g_t
