You seem much more patient than most

gottfried, with the homies it was only a matter of time. I shorted three of them small in Feb and March and took some gas. On one, TOL, I was down 25%. Once they felt like they were going to break, I added size, about a month ago. I've traded in and out a little, but they aren't too liquid, so it's not easy. These things have run so far, I'm essentially just hanging on. In the coming recession/depression, I expect them all to get cut by 2/3. As long as you don't overleverage yourself, just put them on and hang on.
