Amazing - I agree completely with your post about options! About the only thing I'm sure of wrt financials is that I want the numbers- earnings, etc. to be fully diluted. (most companies do this- I want it to be required though). Other than that, since there isn't an approach that accurately expenses options correctly, I would like to see a threashold assigned where in a specific qtr/year, if the options actually exercised account for more than this threashold, then 2 sets of financials are required for that qtr and year. Also a table with outstanding options and share price ranges in the 10K in an obvious location (not hidden).
