I was starting to wonder what I was doing on the same side of this issue as you, Ray.

I feel better now that you're back to your old black helicopter, secret cabal, world domination, the Federal Reserve is owned by Jewish bankers tricks.

Now if George W. declares that he shall henceforth be called El Presidente and the 2004 election is abolished, you might be on to something. In reality, I don't think George W. realizes yet that he's a one term President.
