Options are fine with me, if they are a little out of the money. Never repriced, fully disclosed, and not skewed toward top management.

Your point about corp governance is the root cause. Large holders such as funds have treated their stocks as gambling vehicles and not like investments with fiduciary responsibilities. I don't think that will change soon.
