That's it Bob, you hit the nail right on the head.
Do you remember WCG : Williams communications grp?
They were taking bribes from startups so the startup could send out a press release saying they just cut a deal with WCG so we can compete with Cisco now too.

How many of the Enron boyz do think signed personal UCC's?
I started 4 startups. Two I sold to NYSE public companies, one was sold to a private company and the last one broke even before it was sold.
No shareholder I responsible to never lost a dime. When I needed cash I did it the old fashioned way. I went to the bank and borrowed it knowing that my own dick was on the line. In other words I signed personal UCC's!
