The criminal complaint also alleges that the Rigases used the company's three corporate jets for personal use that was neither approved by the board nor paid for by the family. The FBI went to great lenths to differentiate the above crimes, which are punishable by death, and stealing laptop computers, which under federal law is considered, merely "joy typing" and is punisable by an increase in pay.
