HI Don,

A crack in the bear case funk - I agree.

May not mean another battle or two goes to the bears - I think we see a sideways market - with an upward bias going to the great managements that manage growth first.Additionally I thinkg top line growth will be harder to find but out there.I think the next biggest driver will be cost management.

If you can't grow the top line - then saving expense is a good # 2.

Both will continue the relentless growth of more chips in the future.

Slow growth supported by concrete cost savings - the kind of growth that continues without spikes and valleys.

I personally could use the absence of sweating under my armpits for a few months at least.<VBG>
