Bruce, buying a 1/3 position in ACF $13.40

This is really being manipulated again. ODOD? Certainly could be. Funny (not) how poeple don't trust analysts but they still listen to them.

This looks incredibly manipulated. I think the "shorts" have freaked out and trained people to panic. Just like ESST.

I have a hard time believing that ACF is at risk, because they keep proving, like you said, quarter after quarter that they are a steady performer (even beating estimates again with a PE of 4).

Also interest rates aren't going up anytime soon. This seems like an excellent reward/risk here. I have a mental stop close by, but the upside certainly seem better than the downside here.

REWARD/RISK ASSESSMENT
Upside potential = 3-6.5 points near term
Downside stop-loss (mental) = 40 cents or so.
