Thanks 10:38 ET Scios falls on heart failure drug concerns (SCIO) 26.80 -0.92: We are hearing that today's weakness in SCIO may be due to a negative letter to the editor in today's Journal of American Medical Assoc, which argues that there is basically no difference in the results from nesiritide (which we're told is SCIO's congestive heart failure drug) and nitroglycerine, which has been the standard treatment for years and is much cheaper.
