Jack- Did you happen to take physical possession of the old IMMM shares under the International Marketing and Management name? I did and signed those shares into my ETrade account. They say I can call a live broker and they I should be able to sell those shares even with the old certificates. I actually haven't tried yet so I don't really know if it will work. I did give ETrade the phone number for Holliday Stock Transfer so hopefully they will get it worked out. I did not receive any info from the company yet on the mandatory stock exchange. It sounds like if you took physical possession of the old stock certificates they won't get in touch with you. I don't know. Has anyone who has taken physical deliver of the stock certificates under the old IMMM name received any info from the company on the mandatory stock exchange? Regards, Craig
