Actually, Bill, while they did make money on the operating income line (something around $1.5 million, which for a company this size is essentially breakeven), it didn't even remotely cover their $30 million of net interest expense. So, while the bondholders made a little, the shareholders made zip (actually, they lost money). BTW, adding back D&A doesn't get you there either.

Never mind the option issue or the accounting treatment of Euro-denominated debt - shareholders lost money on a cash income basis.
