Nooooooooooooooooo!!! Exhausted Britney 'wants to quit music' by Richard Simpson Britney Spears is reported to be on the brink of quitting the music industry for up to two years, suffering exhaustion. Music industry sources in the US say the 20-year-old pop star wants to go back home to Louisiana. They say she is devastated after being booed by fans during recent visits to London and Mexico and is still getting over her split with N'Sync star Justin Timberlake. The New York Post quotes a source saying: "Britney's lost it. She was really upset after she was booed and she's saying she is going to pack it in for two years. She's planning on moving back to Louisiana and living with her mother. She's tired of being under pressure to perform and is still broken up about Justin." However, a spokesman for Spears told the paper that two years was an exaggeration, saying: "She is trying to take six months off." Spears recently shocked fans by sticking her finger up at Mexican paparazzi and upset others by cutting a concert short. In March she caused outrage when she dashed past crowds at the London premiere of her film Crossroads
