Yes Louis, that is correct. My question is this...

I realize that you recieve 1 - 1, 1 - 3 and 1 - 4 of the repective companies, but what happens to the actual price of the individual stocks after the split?

Will NLV share price be the equivalent of GIC?

Will CSCOPE be 1/3 of current GIC price?

Will GSEMI be 1/4 of current GIC price?

Lets say GIC stock price is at $30 before the split...

Will NLV be worth $30, CSCOPE - $10 and GSEMI - $7.50

If anyone has the answer, please let me know.
