has anyone read the " Notice of annual meeting" etc. ?? certain factors stand out......top executives total remuneration.....and stock options in general......dilution of value. the proposals call for a substantial increase in the shares..........what for ? bonuses again ?more large blocks to sell ? Personally I believe that the amounts paid are excessive. I will vote NO to a number of these proposals. I also realize that my vote is small fry. That's unfortunate...........
