Very interesting. Even if true as presented, I'd still opt for the US to stick by Israel no matter what. Whether it is simply a byproduct of the grab for oil, who knows? If Bush ends up as Israel's only war friend simply because of oil, I suppose that is better than the alternative. Either way, this could quickly develop into what is known as the "end of the age." If not, it still could become a very devastating time in the world, and this time, most probably will include US soil. An all-out war with the Arab world is certainly filled with many unknowns. The financial earthquakes from this could be severe. These are indeed interesting times.
