Hi Scott, the problem is that on it's own for the over 35 segment of the male population the results are not that impressive and is more of a rip off. The dramatic results are manifested when it is used with a stack of steroids. I do not take it. Just get on a chin up bar every day for about two minutes and you'll be fine. BTW- I just had the Lasik surgery on my eyes last Thursday and found it to be incredible. Not having to screw with spectacles adds to my stressless regimen. V
