Actually i do think they will move from neutral to easing for sure, and may surprise with a.25 point cut... as for a retest of the July 24th lows..a definate possibility but i think we could make a higher low...i like a lot of these sectors on P&F that have already reversed up here despite the carnage... bodes well just ahead... whoa the futes just popped here large???
