Finally!!

A visible resolution of this issue involving a major broker who is willing to take on NASD. GO DATEK!!!!!

NASD is just plain WRONG on this issue, as anyone who can read Reg T and prior opinions issued by the Feds can see. Of course that does not necessarily mean DATEK will prevail, but one can hope.
