Frank. IMHO? A shell game with words. An old preppy/Ivy League game that's been popular with the WS/DC ruling elite (AWA most of the rest of the American Intelligentsia) at least since the 1960s when I went to college. In this context? Just another expression of the arrogance of power. Kind of an <in your face>, but I'm so smart you won't even know I'm doing it. Of course the game is rigged. With the elite controlled media to cover for the <US Department of Embezzlement>, the public is clueless - par usual - about what's going on. Of course, no matter what sector a bull market occurs in, WS will eventually use their media control to tell the public to buy, so the elite can sell to them at the top. Saw that in spades in 1979-80 with gold. But we've got a long time before that's due to happen in this cycle. Isopatch
