wait, MSFT said : the formal complaint by privacy groups was "replete with factual errors, misrepresentations and speculations that demonstrate fundamental misunderstandings of (Microsoft's) products, services and technologies." now they are going to be forced to change passport? hey, maybe MSFT was the one "misrepresenting" the harm passport could cause.... biz.yahoo.com Details of the settlement were to be announced at an FTC news conference at 11 a.m.
