Anyway, what is the case? Show it to Congress, the American people and the rest of the world. The case is really pretty simple. We and Iraq agreed on a cease-fire. Iraq proceeded to violate the terms of the cease-fire. It is now up to us to enforce the terms of the cease-fire. What the rest of the world thinks about that is a different discussion. The only thing that muddies the water is that we should have immediately enforced the terms. How that is not Clinton's fault would be interesting to hear. Brian
