One thing to do is look at the NDX. I believe that one characteristic of the NDX is "non-banking". And the NDX has held the trend and *not* set a higher low.

So, where I agree with you that we have to change if the trend changes, I am not convinced that it has. I showed that the higher low doesn't necessarily mean that the trend changes

Until the upper trendline is broken, I am going to stick with the bearish view. We look to be about 5 SPX points from that, so I should know pretty soon. |
