i'm not upset. i just find it disgraceful that companies still refuse to change after all the abuses which have surfaced. i also find it disgraceful that these companies persist in treating investor as stupid by saying that options don't cost the company anything. makes you wonder if these ceos ever took an economics 101a course in school.
