Arnold:
From a simple first look, not much. Please explain what is in your head, so I do not have to guess.

I am guessing that the volume this past monday-wednesday was the shorts covering their position; however, they thought the deal would push the stock. We know that deals have done little for this stock thus far(except for the "huge" move at the beginning of the year). When the stock was no pushed, I am also guessing that the shorts came back in, thinking : 1. why the delay in earnings? Is MIOA softening a blow by giving some "good" news first? 2. a gamble not unlike ours that it will rise. This may be why the stock retreated wednesday.
I am confused about the acquisition news. Am I reading right when it says that the thing will add only 1.2 million annualized. It is not specific about what will add the 1.2 million-the cath lab(probably), the new physicians(pathetically low acquisition), the new equipment(yeah, but how much will that stuff cost). Notice they waited to this quarter to buy the goods. Smart move-no sense in adding more expenses on 2nd quarter, push it to the third when more revenue is expected. I hope we only have info on the new cath lab addition. The shorts were initially silly to think that such a news report would drive the stock. This news is like a letter of intent-which we all know is nothing until you have signed a dotted line, and made some money. I am positive about the acquisition though-wouldn't it be radical if it was Vitacare(262 pyhsicians)?
No this stock wants earnings and soon. That is what this company needs. The other stuff will allow better earnings later and more growth. This will impress new guys in the game. More growth to add to consistent earnings. I still believe in good earnings this quarter. It is just a matter of time. Usually it takes a couple of years for people to see guys like this, but it has been around for a few years-maybe BERGER funds will buy into it as a comebacker-otherwise it won't do much for a while(even Swiss group wants a year under its belt.
Nevertheless, I am glad for something to have been done. Hope to see more news about all that series of negotiations going on over the past several months....
