Kind of like EMBX. I am in at $10.90 so not seeing much risk. Sometimes patience is the way to go, on both the buy and sell side. I am also considering selling my ACF profits in the common and buying calls to really leverage. Even if the calls expire worthless, I would still breakeven as the loss from the options is limited. If the common rockets over the next month, I could gain 100-500%. That's often the most prudent thing to do. Trying to decide which month and strike right now. As you can imagine the premiums are a bit on the high side.
