The only thing that muddies the water is that we should have immediately enforced the terms. How that is not Clinton's fault would be interesting to hear. Brian, if you wish to place blame, then place it where it belongs.......Bush Sr. Why did he not go in and take out Saddam when he had the chance? That was our best opportunity to clear him out with the least amount of effort.......our troops were already over there. We had him contained. Why did Bush Sr. wuss out?
