Scott, I'm not certain what point you are trying to make. If a board of directors makes the decision to pay a CEO too much money, that is a problem for that board and the stockholders of the corporation. If this is unwise and if you own stock, sell it. If you have the capital, buy more and take control. If some corporation offered to pay you 600k year to manage their PR department, would you take the offer? Is this greed? Regards, whitepine
