In the esoteric realm...I'm not even sure why an option would be an expense...I mean your other option would be to pay an employee a million dollars salary and pay 75 thousand dollars in employee FICA and Medicare to uncle sam...Now the million dollars in wages is an expense...and the 75 thousand to uncle sam is an expense...but when you do options...your just creating the junk out of thin air...you print the paper and you sell it to somebody with a dream..but my problem is..I can't even figure out why i really care...
