It may be a player. First, I have disk problems then it seems barefooted which is my daily habit for all my life in the home, seems to delay healing. I have never had foot problems and back only acts up on a pushing motion off balance. usually only goes out every 3 years or so. Maybe more shoes and arch supports. It is hard getting old.
