Eric L: Shucks, you can do better than that. Nokia is cutting back. Qualcomm did in the past. Not now, at least not on the scale of Nokia's firings scheduled over the next year.
This is not a thread to compare Nokia and Qualcomm.
As you have made very clear.
This is a Nokia thread.
Qualcomm is not a subject for discussion (or at least discussion without bricks flying and bad stuff going to and fro).
Eric, trying to be helpful.
Best.

PS Tilt ! Hey what are you saying here, curious what you might mean, and if so why invest in such a situation as you picture Qualcomm to be in. Also is Qualcomm fair game here, or not?
<<I don't think so, but there value chain has been absolutely decimated.
- Eric ->> [there or their]
How, in what way, but then, a modicum or specifics, sigh, sigh, sigh, ... Are you even serious in the slighest.
But then I forget, this is your thread, your thread, your thread, your thread, your thread, your thread......
Too much.
Bye.
