Sabre, for DDR SDRAM, 266 MT/sec is the same thing as 266 MHz.

The term "MT/sec" means mega-transfers per second. You see, DDR SDRAM actually has a main clock speed of 133 MHz. The address and control lines all run at that speed. The data, however, is "double-pumped," or sent at twice the speed. In effect, there are two data chunks transferred per clock. Hence, 266 MT/sec.
