Citigroup is definitely a "right" scam. It's one of THE major owners of the Govt. and the garbage it siccs on corporations and oversees the orderly and organized fleecing of investors. The taxpayer will bail out these "right" scams so they can go back to fleecing America. The sooner this whole godforsaken pile of manure sails into hell the better.
