MM, I specialize in Foodservice advertising (Jimmy Dean, Sara Lee, etc.). The number of ad pages in the Food Service publications are down significantly. Of course, the advertisers are food-related manufacturers and in any downturn, they're some of the first to cut ad budgets.

Known fact is: In the 50's, 25% of our population ate out at any given time. Today, that number is approaching 60%. Restaurant business is, and will continue to be, a growth engine.

Sounds like you have a nice store, in the right place at the right time!
